Follow up appointments are usually scheduled 1 to 3 weeks after the initial consultation. They are necessary to monitor your progress, to modify your eating plan and supplemental regimen as your health begins to improve. We will recheck your primary reflex points as a way to monitor your progress and adjust your plan.
Functional fork
This comprehensive test measures IgG antibodies to over 250 food allergens in just a few drops of blood, making it one of the most extensive and easy-to-use functional tests of its kind. The Food Explorer panel results will help you personalize diet and lifestyle guidance while reducing and eliminating symptoms related to adverse food reactions.
Your initial appointment is an extensive appointment looking at your body as a whole. My approach not one-size-fits all. Upon your first visit we will go over the following: We will review your symptom survey results that have been completed prior to your appointment. This is an extensive questionnaire that will let me know where imbalance might be hiding. We will also review food habits along with a 3 day food journal. This will be followed by a functional physical evaluation which tests certain reflex points that correlate to specific organs and systems within the body. The results from this exam will help to determine imbalance, dysfunction, and or deficiencies within your body. The functional evaluation is an invaluable tool to assess your body’s strengths and weaknesses and how your body is truly functioning. The second appointment I will present a tailored diet and supplement regimen for your body specifically. You will receive a custom diet plan, shopping list and recipes to get you started. Together we will work towards bringing you back to optimal health. * Optional body composition will be offered at this appointment (weight, body fat, hydration, muscle mass, BMI, BMR )
